How to Choose Frequency — Staff Count and Restrooms Rule
Use this rule before calling: count staff + daily visitors, then count restrooms. Under 12 people and 1–2 restrooms: 2x/week holds quality if trash does not overflow between visits. Twelve to 30 people or 3+ restrooms: 3x/week minimum, with restrooms fully disinfected each visit. Over 30 people, public-facing traffic, food handling, or fitness/wellness use: 4x–5x/week nightly plus periodic day checks. Kitchens with daily cooking always push frequency up one tier. This is the same logic our walkthrough uses, so your quote matches reality on week six, not just week one.
What a Standard Visit Includes (and What Costs Extra)
Every scheduled visit includes: all trash and recycling to the dock, full restroom disinfection and restock check, breakroom counters/sink/microwave exteriors, vacuum of carpeted areas, damp-mop of hard floors, dusting of desks/ledges touched weekly on rotation, interior entry glass spot-clean, and high-touch disinfection of handles, switches, and shared equipment. Extra, quoted per job: carpet extraction, VCT strip/wax/buff, interior window washing per pane, high dusting above 10 ft, post-event resets, and refrigerator interiors. Refrigerator and dishwasher interiors are excluded by default for hygiene-liability reasons unless explicitly added.
Supervision and Re-Clean SLA
Fixed crew lead where scheduling allows, backup crew documented by name, supervisor inspection within the first 30 days and quarterly after. Report a miss by 9:00 AM by phone or text — re-clean within 24 hours, restrooms same night. Two repeats of the same miss in 30 days trigger a free supervised visit and a checklist revision. COI with additional-insured endorsement issued per building on request. Keys, codes, and alarm steps logged per site.
